  • All orders are processed within 3 working days from the date of order placement.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the location and external factors.

4. Payment Options

We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options for your convenience.

5. Packaging and Handling

  • All orders are packed securely to ensure they are delivered in excellent condition.
  • In case of any visible damage upon delivery, we request you to document it (e.g., through photographs) and contact our support team immediately.

6. Delays and Exceptions

  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical challenges may lead to delays.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to such delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.
  • Urban Basket is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • In case the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Non-Deliverable Locations

  • If our courier partners are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method or issue a refund for your order.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to locations within India.
