    • Mandatory Requirement: Please include an unboxing video as proof to process the return request.

2. Refund Policy

  • Damaged Product Refund:
    In the case of a damaged product, once the return is approved and processed, the refund will be made to the customer's original payment account.
  • Out-of-Stock Products:
    For prepaid orders where the product is out of stock, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Missing Items in Delivery:
    If any item is missing from your order, please report it via email to urbanbasketofficial@gmail.com. Refunds for missing items will be made within 5 working days after verification.
  • Safe Payment Processing:
    All refunds are processed securely via Cashfree Payment Gateway, ensuring that your payments are safe.

  • Returns or refunds will not be considered without the unboxing video.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account used during the purchase.
  • The Urban Basket reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that do not meet the terms outlined in this policy.
